Livro do Desassossego (or The Book of Disquiet) is a book written by Fernando Pessoa. Released (posthumonously) in 1982, it is a collection of largely unconnected writings written by Pessoa under various pseudonyms by Pessoa and stored in a chest up until they were collected in the Book of Disquiet. Pessoa described the Book as a "factless autobiography".
