as an aspiring writer myself, honestly I don't think a trope can be overused if you make it your own! something I've learned that's really nice for me to know is that pretty much everything written is just a remix of something else, always inspired by or similar to something else, and you can (and should!) draw inspiration from any tropes you want! as long as you write with your own sparkle, it'll be great‼️
