first off to be completely and totally honest if this were me i would NOT react appropriately. so im gonna tell you what i would do and you can always technically choose this way but it probably wont end well. me personally i would be texting his friends like "chat do yk if _ is busy or something" and then possibly try and find his location, which i could probably do. but thats probably not the right choice to make
now technically for the right thing, i personally would not worry too much into it until maybe 2 or 3 weeks of this happening. remember you are worth sooo much and if hes not giving you the attention you're worth then that's something you should put to memory, remember that hes not giving you what you deserve, and you deserve so much more. it's probably normal- it's around finals time (maybe for you, idk if you have finals or when) so he could be caught in studying.
but if you really like this boy you could allllwaayyyyssss send him a note saying like "hey i noticed we havent been talking as much recently, is everything ok?" i PROMISE YOU it's a good idea to check in
